 The
company NIDO was hatched when a happy, health loving, new
mum tried to find some natural bedding for her beautiful bambino
when he came into the world 7 years ago.
The quest took her on a search far and wide and she discovered
that to find the perfect product that was ‘natural yet
groovy’, ‘gorgeous yet eco-friendly’, ‘soothing
yet stylish’….she needed to do it herself! So
that is what she did.......and continues to do!
She now spends her days designing
unique and beautiful creations for her NIDO range for
all of the world to share.
She hopes that one day everyone will choose organic products
and free this planet of harmful chemicals
and we will leave behind a cleaner, purer planet for future
generations.
She dreams of a world where people truly care and do their
own small, but oh so significant, steps to make their own
lives, and the lives of their precious children as truly wonderful
as possibly can be!
This is a picture of my first born son Alex, the inspiration behind Nido Organics, and the designer of the Nido logo, a bird's nest. (designed at age 5).
The name Nido comes from the Italian/Spanish word for nest. |
